CustomePOS provides a cloud-based point-of-sale ecosystem, including billing, inventory management, QR ordering, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software provided by CustomePOS are the property of CustomePOS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomePOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
